Newcastle United have reportedly joined the list of clubs interested in signing AS Monaco striker Emmanuel Riviere.
Riviere has already been linked with a transfer to either Arsenal or West Bromwich Albion, but Magpies boss Alan Pardew looks ready to make his move for the 24-year-old.
According to The Mirror, Newcastle have already approached the Ligue 1 side regarding a potential deal as they look to continue the rebuilding work at St James' Park.
Riviere, who represented France's Under-21 side on 15 occasions, scored 10 goals in 30 appearances last season to help Monaco finished in second place in their first year back in Ligue 1.
