Paris Saint-Germain reportedly signal their intent to join the race to sign Nice midfielder Jean Michel Seri.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly decided to make an approach for Nice midfielder Jean Michel Seri.

After helping his club to third place in Ligue 1 last season, Seri has been linked with a move away from the Allianz Riviera with Arsenal and Swansea City said to hold an interest.

However, according to Le Parisien, PSG are ready to make their move for the Ivorian international, who has netted 10 goals in 79 appearances during his two years at Nice.

Manager Lucien Favre has previously claimed that the 25-year-old would not be leaving this summer, unless his release clause of £36m is met before the end of August.

PSG are still said to be keen on new signings this summer despite paying £198m to sign Neymar from Barcelona.
