Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is reportedly plotting a mass overhaul of his squad as the Frenchman looks to raise funds for transfer business this summer.
Los Blancos managed to win their first La Liga title since 2017 in the most recent campaign, but Zidane recently witnessed his side's Champions League dream end at the hands of Manchester City in the last-16 stage.
With the coronavirus pandemic having a devastating effect on the club's finances, Madrid will reportedly have to sell before they can buy in the current economic climate.
As a result, Marca claims that Zidane has identified four players he is looking to offload ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
Luka Jovic, Luka Modric and James Rodriguez are all believed to be in line for the axe, as is Gareth Bale, who did not travel with the Madrid team for the second leg of their Champions League last-16 clash with Man City at the Etihad.
Jovic has only managed to find the back of the net twice since his big-money move from Eintracht Frankfurt, while 34-year-old Modric could also be moved on as Zidane looks to the future.
Meanwhile, Rodriguez, who only has one year left to run on his current deal with the La Liga champions, has reportedly caught the eye of Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.
