Team News: Paul Lambert makes two Aston Villa changes

Paul Lambert brings in Matthew Lowton and Ciaran Clark as he seeks a victory against Hull City this afternoon.

Paul Lambert has made two changes to his Aston Villa side for this afternoon's visit of Hull City to Villa Park.

Matthew Lowton and Ciaran Clark have both come into the defence, with Leandro Bacuna and Karim El Ahmadi missing out after starting last weekend's 4-1 loss to Swansea City.

Hull City manager Steve Bruce has made just one change to the side that rescued a late 2-2 draw with Fulham last weekend, as Alex Bruce makes way for Maynor Figueroa.

Aston Villa: Guzan, Lowton, Vlaar, Clark, Baker, Bertrand, Westwood, Delph, Albrighton, Agbonlahor, Weimann

Hull City: Harper, Rosenior, Figueroa, Chester, Davies, Meyler, Huddlestone, Livermore, Jelavic, Long, Elmohamady
