Massimiliano Allegri: 'Barcelona are strongest team'

AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri admits that his side has drawn "the strongest team" in the second round of the Champions League.

AC Milan head coach Massimiliano Allegri has admitted that he is hoping for a bit of luck when his side face Barcelona in the Champions League second round.

Milan lost to Barcelona in last year's quarter-finals despite holding the Spanish giants to a 0-0 draw in the first leg. After the two sides were drawn against each other for the second successive year, Allegri has insisted that his team will be facing "the strongest team in the world".

Allegri told reporters: "We ended up with the strongest team in the world.

"We'll still try to get through this round, hoping to be luckier than we were last year."

Milan host Barcelona in the tie's first leg on February 20.
