Friday's La Liga predictions including Sevilla vs. Barcelona

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Friday's La Liga action, including Sevilla vs. Barcelona.

Granada vs. Villarreal (Friday, 6.30pm)

Villarreal will be looking to make it three La Liga victories in a row when they travel to the Nuevo Estadio de Los Carmenes to face surprise package Granada on Friday night.

The Yellow Submarine have won their last two in the league to rise into seventh spot in the table, while Granada occupy ninth, just two points behind their opponents here.

We say: Granada 1-1 Villarreal

Both of these sides will be eyeing a European finish in Spain's top flight, meaning that it is set to be a very interesting battle on Friday night. Both teams have been in good form since returning to action, and we are therefore finding it hard to separate them, ultimately backing a 1-1 draw.

Mallorca vs. Leganes (Friday, 6.30pm)

Two teams in desperate need of a positive result will lock horns in La Liga on Friday evening as 18th-placed Mallorca welcome 20th-placed Leganes for a key match.

Mallorca have lost to Barcelona and Villarreal since returning to action on June 13, while Leganes have been beaten by Real Valladolid and Barcelona in their last two contests in Spain's top flight.

We say: Mallorca 1-0 Leganes

There is no downplaying the importance of this match to both sides at a key stage of the season. Leganes recorded a 1-0 victory in the reverse fixture earlier this season, but we fancy Mallorca to pick up all three points on this occasion to boost their survival hopes.

Sevilla vs. Barcelona (Friday, 9.00pm)

Third will welcome first in Spain's top flight on Friday night as the reigning champions Barcelona head to Sevilla for what looks set to be a fascinating battle at the Estadio Ramon.

Sevilla have picked up four points from their two La Liga matches since returning to action on June 11, while Barca have collected six from a possible six to consolidate their spot at the top of the table.

We say: Sevilla 1-1 Barcelona

There is no question that this is a difficult match for the champions as Sevilla chase down a top-four finish. These two sides shared the points at the Estadio Ramon in March 2018, and we are expecting another draw here, which would not be the worst result in the world for Barca.
