How Barcelona could line up against Sevilla

Sports Mole looks at how Barcelona could line up in Friday's La Liga clash with Sevilla.

Barcelona will be eyeing their fourth straight victory in Spain's top flight when they continue their campaign with a trip to third-placed Sevilla on Friday night.

The Spanish champions are currently top of La Liga - five points clear of second-placed Real Madrid - although they have played a game more than Zinedine Zidane's side at this stage.

Barca have beaten Mallorca and Leganes in their two matches since returning to action on June 13 and will be desperate to put another three points on the board at the Estadio Ramon.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Quique Setien's side could line up in this match.

Setien rung the changes for Tuesday's clash with Leganes, but the XI that takes to the field against Sevilla is expected to be similar to the one that started against Mallorca on June 13.

Martin Braithwaite scored in the victory over Mallorca, and the fact that the attacker was not used against Leganes suggests that he will be involved in Friday's contest.

Luis Suarez is still working his way back from a knee injury and is likely to be used off the bench once again, meaning that Antoine Griezmann could start through the middle.

Frenkie de Jong was not used on Tuesday but should return to the XI, meanwhile, and there is also expected to be a recall for Arturo Vidal in the middle of the park.

Jordi Alba was suspended for the team's last game but is likely to take Junior Firpo's spot for this clash, with Sergi Roberto featuring on the opposite side despite the presence of Nelson Semedo.

Ansu Fati, who continues to be linked with Manchester United, was also on the scoresheet against Leganes but is expected to drop down to the bench for the clash at the Estadio Ramon.
