Sunday's La Liga predictions including Valencia vs. Barcelona

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's La Liga fixtures, including Valencia vs. Barcelona.

Real Valladolid vs. Real Betis (Sunday, 1.00pm)

Real Valladolid will be looking to give their survival hopes a boost when they continue their La Liga campaign at home to top-five chasing Real Betis on Sunday afternoon.

The hosts are currently 17th in the division, level on points with 18th-placed Elche, while Betis occupy sixth spot, three points behind fifth-placed Real Sociedad on the same number of games (33).

We say: Real Valladolid 0-1 Real Betis

It would not be a surprise to see Betis held to another draw this weekend as Valladolid have not often been beaten in recent weeks. Pellegrini's side were impressive against Real Madrid last time out, though, and we just fancy the visitors to edge a tight contest at Estadio Municipal Jose Zorrilla.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Villarreal vs. Getafe (Sunday, 3.15pm)

Europa League semi-finalists Villarreal will switch their attention back to domestic matters this weekend as they prepare to welcome Getafe to Estadio de la Ceramica.

The Yellow Submarine, who beat Arsenal 2-1 in the first leg of their Europa League semi-final on Thursday, are currently seventh in La Liga, while relegation-threatened Getafe occupy 15th position in the table.

We say: Villarreal 2-1 Getafe

Villarreal will certainly have an eye on next week's trip to North London, but they simply cannot afford to drop more points in the league in order to keep pace with Real Sociedad. It should be a tight and cagey affair against a Getafe side with plenty to fight for, but we just fancy the home side to get there in the end.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Granada vs. Cadiz (Sunday, 5.30pm)

Granada will be looking to make it back-to-back La Liga wins on Sunday evening when they welcome Cadiz to Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes.

Diego Martinez's side recorded a famous 2-1 win away to Barcelona on Thursday to strengthen their grip on eighth spot in the table, while Cadiz currently occupy 13th position in Spain's top flight.

We say: Granada 1-0 Cadiz

Cadiz deserve a lot of respect for what they have achieved this season, and Cervera's side are very much on course for another year at this level. Granada will be full of confidence following their win over Barcelona, though, and we are expecting the home side to pick up another three points on Sunday evening.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Valencia vs. Barcelona (Sunday, 8.00pm)

Barcelona will be looking to bounce back from Thursday's damaging defeat to Granada when they continue their La Liga campaign away to Valencia on Sunday evening.

Ronald Koeman's side missed the chance to move to the top of the table last time out and remain in third position heading into the next set of fixtures, while an inconsistent Valencia occupy 14th spot.

We say: Valencia 1-2 Barcelona

Valencia, as mentioned, still have a squad capable of causing Barcelona a lot of problems despite their issues this term. Koeman's side will be desperate to bounce back from Thursday's disappointing result, though, and we just fancy them to edge a tight contest at Mestalla.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.
