Barcelona defender Jordi Alba emerges as a transfer target for Juventus, according to a report.

Juventus are reportedly weighing up a summer move for Barcelona defender Jordi Alba.

The 31-year-old has made over 300 appearances for the Spanish champions since arriving in 2012, winning five La Liga titles, four Copa del Rey crowns and the Champions League during his time at the club.

Alba only signed a new deal with Barca in the early stages of last year and is contracted to the Catalan giants until the end of the 2023-24 campaign.

However, according to Calciomercato, Juve are lining up a surprise move for the Spain international as they prepare for Alex Sandro's possible exit.

The report claims that the Old Lady are expecting Premier League offers for Sandro this summer and are currently putting plans in place to replace the Brazilian.

Alba has scored once and provided two assists in 24 appearances at club level this term.
