Nelson Semedo has confirmed his departure from Barcelona ahead of an expected switch to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League in recent months as new Barca boss Ronald Koeman undergoes a clearout of his squad at Camp Nou.
Wolves are understood to have agreed a deal worth around £30m for the full-back, who will arrive as a replacement for Matt Doherty following his move to Tottenham Hotspur.
Neither club has officially announced Semedo's deal yet, but the player himself has taken to Instagram to confirm his exit from Barcelona.
"Thank you very much Barcelona for giving me the opportunity to live the dream of wearing this shirt, of playing in Camp Nou, of learning and enjoying the best in the world," he wrote.
"Thank you for making me grow as a player and as a person. They were three wonderful years that I will never forget.
"Thank my colleagues, staff, fans and all the people who helped me since I arrived until today. I wish you the best luck in the world. Eternally gratifying. Long live Barca!"
Semedo made 124 appearances for Barcelona in total, helping the club to two La Liga titles and the Copa del Rey.
