Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes has insisted that his side will have to be at their best to overcome Besiktas in the last-16 stage of the Champions League.
The Bundesliga giants were paired with the Turkish giants in Monday's draw, and will host the first leg on February 20 before making the trip to Istanbul on March 14.
Besiktas went through their Champions League group unbeaten to make the round of 16, and Heynckes has paid tribute to the Super Lig outfit ahead of their two-legged affair.
"They are a very good team. We need to bring our best performances to both games in order to progress," Heynckes told reporters.
Bayern, who have suffered just one defeat since Heynckes replaced Carlo Ancelotti at the helm, have never lost a competitive match against a Turkish side in European competition.
