Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola calls for improvements

Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola says that his team need to "improve" because they are "not perfect", despite getting back to winning ways at the weekend.

Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola has admitted that his team need to "improve" their style of play following an inconsistent period of results.

The Bundesliga side are closing in on their third consecutive league title, but they recently dropped points against Wolfsburg and Schalke.

The German outfit were able to respond at the weekend with a 2-0 win over Stuttgart, but Guardiola is not satisfied with his team.

"We're not perfect, I know that," AFP quotes Guardiola as saying. "We have to improve. We have to find our game, that is our goal for the next few games. The key is less running and more play, make the pass as quickly as possible."

Bayern's next fixture is on Saturday against Hamburger SV at the Allianz Arena.
