Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola confirms that goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will return from injury in this week's Audi Cup.

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola has confirmed that goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will return from injury in this week's Audi Cup.

The 27-year-old German international has struggled with a muscular problem during pre-season.

"Manuel had a minor injury, but he's ready again. He will play in the Audi Cup on Wednesday and Thursday," Goal.com quotes Guardiola as saying.

Bayern start the tournament at their own Allianz Arena against Sao Paulo on Wednesday night.
