Former Brazil striker Ronaldo has expressed his belief that Luiz Felipe Scolari will do everything in his power to ensure the loss of Neymar does not affect his team.
The 22-year-old was ruled out of the tournament after sustaining a fractured vertebra in the Selecao's 2-1 win over Colombia in the quarter-finals.
Ronaldo feels that Scolari will get the best out of the player chosen to replace the Barcelona forward in their semi-final showdown with Germany.
He told FIFA.com: "I know O Felipao very well. He's a great motivator, and I'm sure that he's pushing his team on at this very moment in time, especially the player who's going to be coming in for Neymar.
"I think he's got the team under control and he's going to use every weapon at his disposal to put the strongest side together. I'm sure that the player who'll replacing Neymar will be very determined to make people forget he's not there."
Brazil take on Germany in Belo Horizonte in their last-four game on Tuesday.
