Steve Cotterill: "They're all significant nights"

Steve Cotterill praises his side following tonight's 3-1 win over Leyton Orient, but insists that "they're all significant nights" as the Robins push for promotion.

Bristol City manager Steve Cotterill has insisted that every game is significant, despite seeing his side go 10 points clear at the top of League One tonight.

The Robins came back from being a goal behind to beat Leyton Orient 3-1 thanks to goals from Luke Freeman, Aden Flint and Aaron Wilbraham, but extended their advantage as they were the only side in the top five to record a win.

"We played some great football. I wouldn't like to play the kind of football they do, direct up the pitch. It was a really pleasurable win," Cotterill is quoted as saying by the club's official Twitter account.

"With the spirit and work ethic we have, the players were able to respond to that early error. At 2-1, with the amount of balls they pump into your box, anything can happen, so the third was important."

Bristol City continue their season when they travel to face Crawley Town on Saturday.
