Burnley manager Sean Dyche has hailed his team's resilience as they edged out Hull City 1-0 at the KC Stadium on Saturday.
Dean Marney scored against his former club five minutes before the break to give the Clarets their first victory in three matches.
"We had the resilience and team belief in our shape to make sure we came away with a win," Dyche told Sky Sports News.
"That's the first time Hull have failed to score here this season, and that's a good thing for us. We have been a bit unlucky over the past couple of games, but the performances have been there."
Burnley have moved up to 13th place in the Championship table.
