Half-Time Report: Late Noone goal levels for Cardiff City

Craig Noone cancels out Mile Jedinak's opener before half time.

An early strike by Mile Jedinak has been cancelled out by a Craig Noone effort in this afternoon's match between Cardiff City and Crystal Palace.

It was the visitors who got off to the perfect start; inside four minutes Owen Garvan played in Mile Jedinak, who slotted in the opener.

The league leaders came forward after the goal and managed plenty of possession, but Craig Noone shot wide from just inside the box in the 16th minute.

Both goalkeepers were tested when first Yannick Bolasie forced David Marshall into action and Craig Bellamy worked Julian Speroni.

Cardiff were level just before the break when Noone struck hard from a Bellamy assist.
