Celtic manager Neil Lennon maintains there is a long way to go before his side can start to dream about a trophy treble.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has insisted that suggestions of a domestic treble are premature.

The Hoops, who are a point clear at the top of the SPL, reached the last eight of the Scottish Cup with a 2-0 win at Inverness on Saturday.

They are also through to the League Cup final, where they will face Kilmarnock on March 18.

Despite their good form, and the plight of Old Firm rivals Rangers, Lennon is keeping his feet firmly on the ground.

He said: "Things can change very quickly but we are really pleased with where we are at the minute.

"We wanted to be in all the competitions at the end of yesterday (Saturday). That was the remit before the game, and we are so it's good.

"But there is a long way to go yet."

Celtic have not been champions of Scotland since 2008.
