Guy Luzon delighted with Charlton Athletic comeback win

Charlton Athletic boss Guy Luzon hails his side's spirit as they produce a second-half comeback to claim a 2-1 victory over Leeds United.

Charlton Athletic boss Guy Luzon has hailed the character of his side to come from behind to beat Leeds United 2-1 at The Valley.

The Whites dominated the first half as Billy Sharp missed a penalty before Steve Morison fired the visitors ahead just before the break.

However, the Addicks rallied late in the second as Tony Watt levelled the scores, and Yoni Buyens secured the three points with a strike from the penalty spot.

"We had to change the rhythm and tempo after the first half," Luzon told Sky Sports News. "We had to play with more aggression. It's not the first time we've changed the result like this.

"It shows the good character of the players and the team. The last two weeks we've played five games and we've had to rotate a bit to keep players fresh. We need to continue this in our remaining games."

Charlton are 10th in the Championship table with 60 points from their 44 matches.
