Team News: Nottingham Forest make two changes for Charlton Athletic test

Dougie Freedman makes two changes as his Nottingham Forest side look to continue their fine form against Charlton Athletic.

Dougie Freedman has made two changes to his Nottingham Forest side as they go in search of a sixth win in seven Championship games against Charlton Athletic at The Valley.

Despite easing to a 3-0 victory over Reading on Saturday, Freedman has decided to leave Michael Mancienne and Jamie Paterson on the bench for the trip to the capital.

Gary Gardner and Chris Burke both return to the Forest midfield, while Matty Fryatt leads the line once again for the visitors.

Charlton boss Guy Luzon is forced into making three changes as Chris Solly, Roger Johnson and Johann Berg Gudmundsson all miss out due to injury.

As a result, there are recalls for Alou Diarra, Lawrie Wilson and Callum Harriott as the hosts look for a win that would take them within five points of Forest.

Charlton: Henderson, Wilson, Gomez, Bulot, Diarra, Vetokele, Buyens, Fox, Cousins, Watt, Harriott

Forest: Darlow, Lichaj, Lascelles, Collins, Fox, Burke, Gardner, Osborn, Lansbury, Antonio, Fryatt
