Chelsea's Ashley Cole available for Juventus clash

Ashley Cole makes a recovery from a hamstring problem and should feature from the start for Chelsea against Juventus tomorrow.

Chelsea head coach Roberto Di Matteo has revealed that Ashley Cole will be in the squad to take on Juventus in the Champions League tomorrow night.

The full-back has been out of action for most of November because of a hamstring injury.

However, he was deemed fit enough for a place on the bench during Saturday's 2-1 loss to West Bromwich Albion and is now expected to start against the Italian champions.

"Ashley Cole is available to play. The defensive focus of the team will be very important tomorrow," Di Matteo told reporters.

Cole's inclusion is likely to mean that Ryan Bertrand will dropped down to the bench.
