David Luiz happy with Paris Saint-Germain's performance against Chelsea

David Luiz believes that his Paris Saint-Germain side can beat Chelsea after their 1-1 draw in the first leg of the Champions League last 16.

Paris Saint-Germain defender David Luiz believes that his side will beat Chelsea and move through to the Champions League quarter-finals, after their 1-1 draw in the first leg tonight.

Branislav Ivanovic gave the Premier League side a half-time lead, but Edinson Cavani equalised for the French champions in the second half to leave the tie evenly poised ahead of the second leg.

Luiz told UEFA.com: "Without their goalkeeper, we would have won this game. He was great. We did well. They got one goal from one opportunity, but I think we can go through over there."

The second leg takes place at Stamford Bridge on March 11.
