Fernando Torres will not start in Chelsea's trip to Turin to face Juventus, according to reports.

Chelsea striker Fernando Torres has reportedly been dropped for tomorrow's Champions League encounter with Juventus.

The Spaniard has struggled to find the net since making the £50m move from Liverpool in 2011 and is believed to be on the verge of leaving the club.

The 28-year-old has notched just one goal in his last seven games and has been linked with a move back to his boyhood club Atletico Madrid in a deal that could see Radamel Falcao arrive at Stamford Bridge.

According to The Mirror, Roberto Di Matteo is considering starting with Daniel Sturridge for the trip to Turin, where a victory would see them qualify for the knockout stages.

Sturridge has started just two games all season.
