How Chelsea could line up against Burnley

Sports Mole looks at how Chelsea could line up for their Premier League visit to Burnley, with star man Eden Hazard still a doubt due to injury.

Chelsea will look to extend their unbeaten start to the Premier League season to 10 games when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor this weekend.

The Blues are one of three teams still yet to lose in the top flight this term, and they could make it to double figures of matches at the start of a Premier League season without being beaten for only the third time.

Maurizio Sarri's side go into the weekend sitting two points off the pace, though, having drawn three of their last four Premier League games - most recently a dramatic late 2-2 stalemate with Manchester United.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how Chelsea could line up at Turf Moor.

Out: Ethan Ampadu (knee), Marco van Ginkel (knee)
Doubtful: Eden Hazard (back), Callum Hudson-Odoi (knock)

Chelsea are still sweating over the fitness of star man Eden Hazard, who picked up a back injury against United last weekend and missed the Europa League win over BATE Borisov as a result.

Sarri has hinted that Hazard is also likely to miss this match, which could see Pedro retain his place in the front three and Willian continue on the left.

Olivier Giroud's physical presence could earn him a start up front ahead of Alvaro Morata, while in midfield Ruben Loftus-Cheek will hope that his midweek hat-trick is enough for him to retain his place in the team ahead of Mateo Kovacic and Ross Barkley.

Sarri completely changed his back four for the European League game against BATE, and he is expected to revert to his first-choice quartet of Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, David Luiz and Marcos Alonso this weekend.
