Chelsea kept their Premier League title hopes alive on Boxing Day as they earned a narrow 1-0 win at home to Swansea City.

The only goal of the match came in the 29th minute as Eden Hazard fired the ball past Gerhard Tremmel from the edge of the box.

Despite chances for both teams in the second half, the hosts managed to hold on to claim their first victory in three games.
