Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo praises Brazilian forward Lucas Piazon following the 18-year-old's equalising goal against Paris Saint-Germain.

Chelsea manager Roberto Di Matteo has praised Lucas Piazon and claimed that the young forward is "one to watch".

The 18-year-old Brazil youth international, who moved to Stamford Bridge from São Paulo in January, scored an equaliser for the Blues as they drew with Paris Saint-Germain in New York.

"He is still a young boy but he has been very impressive in the training and in these friendly games," Di Matteo told the club's official website.

"Playing up front as the striker is not his natural position but in these two games he did very well and he scored a very good goal tonight. He is certainly one to watch for the future."

Next up for Chelsea is a match against the MLS All-Stars on Wednesday morning. The game kicks off at 1.55am (UK time).
