Paul Lambert: 'We're ready for Chelsea'

Paul Lambert insists that he will send his Norwich City players out to beat Chelsea this afternoon.

Norwich City Paul Lambert manager has revealed that he will set his side up to take all three points against Chelsea this afternoon.

The newly-promoted Canaries have drawn both their opening league fixtures and Lambert believes that his players are capable of achieving another positive result at Stamford Bridge.

"We're going there and nobody expects us to get anything, but we're ready for it," he told the club's official website.

"We don't do it any other way, we go to try and win games.

"That's what we'll try and do. We'll have a big following ourselves, the stadium will have a great atmosphere, they've got big players, and as I said before, the lads have never sat back and waited for things to happen, so we'll try and win."

Norwich could come up against Juan Mata after the midfielder completed his move to Chelsea earlier this week.
