Thomas Tuchel has handed a first Chelsea start to Marc Cucurella for Sunday's Premier league fixture against Tottenham Hotspur.
Cucurella featured as a substitute versus Everton last weekend despite having only signed for the Blues on the previous day.
However, the Spaniard has been preferred to Ben Chilwell for the London derby as the Englishman is rested after playing 65 minutes at Goodison Park on his competitive return from a serious knee injury.
The main surprise comes at right wing-back with Ruben Loftus-Cheek taking over from Reece James, who drops into the back three.
Cesar Azpilicueta is the player to miss out, while Kai Havertz has retained his spot ahead of Armando Broja.
With Mateo Kovacic sitting out this game due to a knee injury, Callum Hudson-Odoi returns to the substitutes' bench.
Meanwhile, Spurs head coach Antonio Conte has named the same starting lineup which was selected for the 4-1 victory over Southampton.
Richarlison features among the replacements after missing that fixture due to suspension.
