According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are interested in the 26-year-old and are ready to offer £15m plus Fernando Torres in order to secure his signature.
Falcao has notched 24 La Liga goals this season following his £32m move from Porto last summer, as well as two in the Europa League final against Athletic Bilbao.
He also struck the winner in last season's Europa League final for Porto.
