Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech reportedly agrees personal terms with Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr, who are on the verge of signing the Moroccan for an £8m fee.

Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech has reportedly reached a verbal agreement over a move to Saudi Arabian giants Al-Nassr.

The Morocco international has flattered to deceive since joining the Blues in 2020 and is only under contract at Stamford Bridge for another two years.

Having failed to make his mark under Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter or Frank Lampard, Ziyech is expected to be one of several players to head for the Blues' exit door this summer.

The 30-year-old was on the brink of joining Paris Saint-Germain on deadline day in January, only to see a move collapse at the last minute due to administrative errors.

PSG have opted not to reignite their interest this time around, while Roma and AC Milan have been linked with a move but are said to have been put off by Ziyech's wage demands.

However, Ziyech's desired move away from Chelsea should soon come to fruition, as Fabrizio Romano claims that the former Ajax man has agreed terms over a move to Al-Nassr.

Romano states that Ziyech will join the Saudi giants on a three-year contract until 2026, and Al-Nassr have already agreed a fee with Chelsea for a reported £8m.

Ziyech prepares to leave Chelsea having registered just 14 goals and 13 assists in 107 appearances for the club, failing to replicate the form he displayed at Ajax before his £34.4m move to West London.

The Moroccan set up three goals in 24 appearances during the 2022-23 campaign, starting just six Premier League games and one Champions League match amid rife competition for attacking starts.

Nevertheless, Ziyech will depart with a Champions League winners' medal, as well as triumphs in the Club World Cup and UEFA Super Cup under Tuchel's wing.

The 30-year-old will follow N'Golo Kante to the Middle East after the Frenchman's move to Al-Ittihad was confirmed on Tuesday evening, while Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly could also swap Stamford Bridge for Saudi Arabia.

Senegalese goalkeeper Mendy is expected to join Al-Ahli, while Koulibaly - who only joined the Blues last summer - is thought to be on the brink of signing for Al-Hilal.

In addition, Kai Havertz is understood to be close to joining Arsenal in a £65m deal, while Manchester City have apparently agreed a deal to sign Mateo Kovacic as the Chelsea exodus gathers pace.

More outgoings are expected in the coming weeks as the Blues plan for an anticipated spate of incomings, with out-of-favour attacking trio Romelu Lukaku, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Callum Hudson-Odoi also attracting interest from Saudi Arabia.

The futures of Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Trevoh Chalobah, Mason Mount and Christian Pulisic are also being called into question, as Mauricio Pochettino trims his bloated squad ahead of his first full season in charge.
