Manchester City are reportedly keeping tabs on PSV Eindhoven youngster Mohamed Ihattaren.
The 17-year-old broke into the PSV first team last season and has been a regular presence in the side this term, scoring six goals in 24 appearances across all competitions.
The Daily Mail claims that Ihattaren's form has attracted the attention of English champions Man City, who are tracking his progress ahead of a possible future bid.
The attacking midfielder has been linked with Chelsea already this season and the Blues could rival their fellow Premier League outfit for the Netherlands youth international.
Man City are also said to be looking at Red Star Belgrade winger Milos Pantovic, who is also just 17 years old.
The report states that City have already held discussions over a possible deal for Pantovic as they aim to bolster the strength of their academy.
