Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew expects goal rush at Leicester City

Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew says that he expects plenty of goals in this weekend's Premier League match against Leicester City.

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has claimed that plenty of goals are on the cards in this weekend's Premier League match against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Claudio Ranieri's side have scored 19 goals in nine top-flight games and have conceded 17 in the process.

"The chance of this game being 0-0 is zero," Pardew told reporters in today's press conference. "If you're going to Leicester, expect to see some goals.

"I think we have the quality in the side to win more home games than away games this season - I really believe that, even now. We'll be looking to throw as much offensive action at them as we can."

Just one point separates the two sides in the league table, with Leicester sitting fifth and Palace sixth.
