Doncaster Rovers manager Brian Flynn has insisted that James Harper will not be sold in the summer.
Recent reports, particularly on the social networking site Twitter, had linked the 32-year-old with a move away from the Keepmoat Stadium in time for the new season.
However, Flynn has said that the former Reading player will still be on Doncaster's books come September.
"It's something that's come from Twitter, like so many things nowadays," he told reporters. "I've not spoken to James about it and I don't think he'll be going anywhere."
Harper joined Donny from Hull City last year.
