Everton forward Kevin Mirallas has said that he cannot wait to make his Premier League debut.
The 24-year-old Belgium international, who joined the Toffees for a fee in the region of £5.3m yesterday, will be paraded in front of the fans at Goodison Park ahead of tonight's season-opener against Manchester United.
However, he has not been registered in time to feature in the match and will have to wait until next weekend's trip to Aston Villa to make his English league bow.
He said: "I'll give my best for the fans and the team and they'll be able to see what I can bring to the team.
"I'm a forward player and I can play behind the striker, on the left and on the right but I'm just looking forward to playing whatever the position.
"I'm very impatient to play. I want to know what the Premier League is all about."
Mirallas was the top scorer in the Greek Super League last season.
