Team News: Romelu Lukaku fit to start for Everton

Romelu Lukaku recovers from a knee injury to keep his place in the Everton team for the trip to Crystal Palace.

Roberto Martinez has named Romelu Lukaku in his Everton team for the trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.

Lukaku was forced off during the game against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday after taking a knock to the knee, but he keeps his place in attack.

Ross Barkely stays on the bench for the visitors as Leon Osman once again starts in midfield.

Marouane Chamakh continues his role in attack for Crystal Palace, while caretaker manager Keith Millen also brings Yannick Bolasie into the team.
