Neil Adams: "We deserved more" from Fulham defeat

Norwich City boss Neil Adams claims his side should have more from their 1-0 defeat to Fulham.

Norwich City manager Neil Adams has claimed that his side were unfortunate in their 1-0 defeat to Fulham.

Hugo Rodallega scored in the first half to give Felix Magath's side an important win in the battle to avoid the drop, and Adams, who has taken over following Chris Hughton's sacking earlier this week, felt his team deserved more from the game.

He told Sky Sports News: "We deserved more from that game, I'm sure Felix will say differently but we were delighted with how approached the game tactically. We were dominating but it's about taking your chances.

"We've created a good half-a-dozen chances, their keeper has pulled off an unbelievable save to stop Ricky van Wolfswinkel, we've hit the bar, had deflections, we've done everything but score.

"Ricky has done everything right [with his chance] and nine times out of 10 that is a goal. He does need a goal, his work rate is excellent."

The Canaries are now two points above Fulham, who occupy the last relegation spot in the Premier League.
