Fulham boss Martin Jol has defended his decision to fine one of his players over a penalty miss against Chelsea.
Swiss midfielder Pajtim Kasami received a £500 fine from Jol after he took a penalty instead of designated kicker Orlando Sa.
"I asked them [Fulham players] if they thought it wrong or right," Jol said. "Most times they agree and Kasami agreed.
"If I tell someone to take the free-kicks there shouldn't be a 19-year-old taking the ball off you."
Fulham are currently 12th in the Premier League with seven points from seven games.
