Felix Magath: 'We must beat Norwich City'

Fulham manager Felix Magath admits that his side have to follow up their Aston Villa win with three points against Norwich City.

Fulham manager Felix Magath has admitted that Saturday's home clash against Norwich City is a must-win game for the Whites if they are to maintain their chance of surviving in the Premier League.

Magath said that last week's 2-1 win away to Aston Villa was vital to give the players the belief that they needed, but it must be followed up with another three points at Craven Cottage.

"Last week we needed a win and fortunately we got it," he said in his pre-match press conference. "It helps a lot. It's an important win.

"We need a win against Norwich. For us, it doesn't matter who the opponent is. All the games are important now. Norwich will have fighting spirit now they've changed their manager, it won't be an easy game.

"[Changing their manager] was for them a chance to change something and I think it was a decision that could be good, but maybe it was too late."

Magath's side moved up to 18th in the Premier League with their win at Villa Park.
