Gillingham manager Martin Allen has admitted that the point gained in Gilligham's 0-0 draw with Cheltenham Town on Tuesday night is "a good point".
Gillingham hit the bar in the contest and could have won the game, but former Town boss Allen said that the other teams at the top of the league are "tough to beat".
"The lads are really disappointed but I'm not because I think it's a good point," Sky Sports News quotes Allen as saying. "They don't gain on us, the other teams at the top drew, so it's good news.
"It is another point towards the finishing post - we know the top teams in this competition are going to be tough to beat, but for the attitude and commitment of our players I'm happy."
Gillingham are five points clear at the top of League Two.
