Leonardo Bittencourt agrees Hannover deal

Leonardo Bittencourt joins Hannover from Borussia Dortmund on a four-year deal.

Highly-rated German midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt has departed Borussia Dortmund to join Hannover on a four-year deal.

The 19-year-old, who joined Dortmund from Energie Cottbus in 2012, is regarded as one of the best young talents in the Bundesliga.

However, the attacking midfielder made just six appearances for the Champions League finalists last season, with first-team football reportedly the main reason for his departure.

It is understood that Dortmund have a buy-back clause in his contract.
