Steve Bruce: 'Hatem Ben Arfa has probably played his last game for Hull City'

Hull City boss Steve Bruce suggests that on-loan winger Hatem Ben Arfa has probably played his last game for the club and will depart when the transfer window opens.

Hull City manager Steve Bruce has said that winger Hatem Ben Arfa has probably played his last game for the club.

The France international joined the Tigers on loan from Newcastle United in the summer, but recent reports have suggested that the player has returned home to Paris amid criticism of his work rate in the side.

"If he decides to stay in France that's up to him, there's only 10 days until the window opens and I think it's fair to say he's probably played his last game for Hull," said Bruce, according to BBC Sport.

Hull's next game in the Premier League sees them welcome Swansea City to the KC Stadium.
