Last-gasp Torino down Inter Milan

Emiliano Moretti scores deep into stoppage time to hand Torino a 1-0 win over Inter Milan at the San Siro.

Emiliano Moretti scored a stoppage-time winner as Torino claimed a 1-0 Serie A victory over Inter Milan at the San Siro this afternoon.

Lukas Podolski had Inter's first real chance of the match when he was found just inside the box to fire a low strike that was beaten away by Daniele Padelli.

Joel Obi fired over the bar and Mauro Icardi headed wide as the hosts continued to press for the opening goal.

Following a goalless first half, Moretti threatened for Torino just after the break, but he could only put his strike wide of the post.

Both teams struggled to create many more clear chances throughout the rest of the match and it seemed as if the game would finish level until Moretti powered in a header deep into stoppage time to snatch the points for Torino.
