Sports Mole previews Saturday's Championship encounter between Leeds and fellow strugglers Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road.

Leeds United will be in need of a positive result on Saturday when they host Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road in the Championship.

Four defeats on the bounce have left United five points clear of the relegation zone.

Meanwhile, a unbeaten run of four games that has included three wins sees Wednesday one point better off than their opponents.

Rodolph Austin is expected to start in defence for the home side, who are without the injured Lee Peltier and the suspended pair of Tom Lees and Michael Brown.

Wednesday are without Danny Pugh due to the terms of his loan deal from Leeds, while manager Dave Jones will start his two-match touchline ban.

Recent form

Leeds: DDLLLL

Wednesday: WLWDWW

Leeds: Kenny; Austin, Pearce, Warnock, Green; White, Tonge, Norris, Byram; Morison, McCormack

Wednesday: Kirkland; Buxton, Gardner, Llera, Helan; Maguire, Lee, Olofinjana, Prutton; Lita, Howard

Sports Mole says: 1-2
