Stoke City midfielder Michael Tonge has admitted that he would like to extend his loan deal with Leeds United.
The 29-year-old moved to Elland Road at the start of September, but he is due to return to the Potters at the end of the year.
"I'd love to stay on beyond this loan spell," Tonge told reporters. "My ideal scenario would be to stay at Leeds for the rest of the season."
Tonge has failed to make his mark at Stoke following a move from Sheffield United in 2008.
