Leicester City have reportedly submitted a bid for Ipswich Town striker David McGoldrick.
The Foxes have been linked with a host of centre-forwards throughout the summer, but so far they have only been able to land Leonardo Ulloa from Brighton & Hove Albion.
Manager Nigel Pearson is keen to bolster his attacking options further, though, and he has now turned his attention to Ipswich frontman McGoldrick, according to Sky Sports News.
Numerous reports have suggested that Leicester have submitted an offer to their Championship counterparts of around £8m for the 26-year-old, who has scored one goal this season.
