Liverpool forward Luis Suarez has said he was "a bit embarrassed" to win the club's player of the month award for a third consecutive time.
The Uruguayan, who has demanded an apology from Patrice Evra for accusing him of racial abuse, has scored seven goals in all competitions for the Reds this season.
He said: "It's a bit of a surprise because to win it three months running makes me almost feel a bit embarrassed.
"But as long as people realise I'm just doing my job and I'm working hard for the team, then that's great.
"The main thing is I'm playing well and the whole team is playing in the right manner."
Suarez and Liverpool next travel to Stamford Bridge in the Premier League to take on Chelsea on Sunday, November 20.
