Allan signs new Liverpool deal, joins Eintracht Frankfurt on loan

Liverpool youngster Allan Rodrigues de Souza signs a new contract extension with the club before joining Eintracht Frankfurt on loan for the 2018-19 season.

Allan Rodrigues de Souza has signed a new contract with Liverpool before leaving the club on loan to join Eintracht Frankfurt.

Allan has been a Liverpool player since 2015 but is yet to make his first-team debut for the Anfield outfit, instead spending his time out on loan at various clubs over the past three years.

The 21-year-old has enjoyed temporary spells at SJK, Sint-Truidense and Hertha Berlin before spending last season with Cypriot side Apollon Limassol, playing twice against Everton in the Europa League.

Allan will now spend the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Bundesliga outfit Frankfurt, who will also feature in the Europa League next season by virtue of their DFB-Pokal triumph last term.

The exact length of the Brazilian's new deal has not been revealed by Liverpool, but they did confirm that he has committed his future to the club prior to his latest spell away.
