Netherlands midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is reportedly currently undergoing a medical with Liverpool.
According to a number of reports, Liverpool have agreed a price of £25m with Newcastle United for the transfer of the 25-year-old, who only made the move to the Magpies in last summer's transfer window.
Wijnaldum scored 11 Premier League goals last season as Newcastle were relegated and a number of clubs, including Roma and Everton, have been strongly linked with a move for the attacking midfielder.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Wijnaldum has arrived on Merseyside to complete a medical with Jurgen Klopp's side ahead of signing a long-term contract.
The sale would represent a £10m profit for Newcastle, who signed the Dutchman from PSV Eindhoven.
