Javi Garcia believes that Manchester City can still catch Manchester United in the Premier League title race.

Manchester City midfielder Javi Garcia has insisted that the Premier League title race is still alive.

Defending champions City reduced Manchester United's lead at the top of the table back to 12 points on Monday with a narrow 1-0 win at Aston Villa.

"Being 12 points in front is a good position for Manchester United to be in," said Garcia. "But there are still 10 games left, it is still 30 points to play for, it is still possible.

"We are Manchester City, we need to fight until the final game. We will fight for this Premier League title."

Manchester City are in FA Cup quarter-final action on Saturday when they welcome Barnsley to the Etihad Stadium.
