Al Wasl manager Diego Maradona is reportedly weighing up a move for controversial Manchester City frontman Carlos Tevez.
The Argentina legend, who became manager of the Dubai club this year, believes that the 27-year-old forward has a place in the United Arab Emirates team, according to the Daily Star.
Maradona has reportedly urged the owners of the Dubai club to put together a lucrative deal in order to persuade the striker to make the switch.
Tevez is currently serving a two-week suspension at City for refusing to play in the side's Champions League meeting with Bayern Munich.
